and i was on the toilet within half an hour!!
and it wasn't a dainty little bit of ground beer topped with quail egg. it was long, scary lines of beef, mixed with coarsely chopped onion and a massive chicken egg.
at least my system's cleaned out now. |

I use to be like that whan I eat food with American MSG and also killing headache comes with. Somehow korean MSG is fine  |

Wasn't much better either

I think it's called yook hwi 육회. It's thought that both came from the Mongols. The legend has it the mongols kept their meat under their saddle, all that bouncing made it very tender, and they'd just eat it raw at night with some oil and spices.
You typically get it at a wedding. I love the stuff. I've never had a problem with it. |
