Hi
Does anyone know of any kind of festivities in Seoul over new year? Street parades? Fireworks? Performances? Where is a good place to go, either on Saturday night (17th) or new years day itself on Sunday (18th).

It will be really quiet. Koreans spend time indoors with their famillies. |

The new years parties happen in China, Taiwan and HongKong.
This place is quiet with everyone travelling to their hometown. |

I'm going to Incheon's China Town. There should be a pretty good street festival for the new year.
PM me if you are interested in meeting up. |
