Hi,

I recently was sent a skype phone, which did carry out the test call on Skype very clearly.

However, I had to revert back to the old mic and speakers for chatting online, as it never worked online for me.
Do I need to change settings or something to make the Skype handset the default?

I have tried the help section on Skype, but no resolution.

Any solution, potential errors to watch out for?
