I just got myself a KTF cellphone and its got an mp3 player on it

Problem is I don't know how to get mp3s and would much rather put my own music on it. I noticed that the file format is *.fmp.

Is there anyway to convert mp3 to fmp or am I SoL?
Or are there other file formats the phone's mp3 player will play?
