Something weird just happened to my G4 Powerbook. I can't insert a disc. When I get to the point where it's supposed to "grab" and pull it in, nothing happens. There's a little resistance from a spring, but it won't go in. In iTunes I click on "Burn CD" and I get an error, something about "Disc burner or software not found".
