I have never liked IBM's design of their Thinkpads; but I have heard they are built really well and last.
Over the years I have been to most computer related service centers in Yongsan. But I have to say I was impressed with IBM! While I was getting a replacement keyboard I saw two people come and go.
There was NOBODY waiting! |

You went to the service center?
I bought my IBM laptop in Korea and when I needed service assistance, THEY CAME TO ME. There was NO charge for the service.
I was very impressed. |
