I'm not fussy about phone features.... just something that can send texts and receive calls will do for me...
cheap is good!
Having said that... If you have something wonderful n flashy for sale, I will consider any reasonable price!

I got a perfectly good phone for 30,000 won a couple of weeks ago--in fact it's better than the 120,000 won phone a friend got with the help of her co-teacher. The guy who sells these phones speaks perfect English and the pre-paid plan he offers is cheaper (for the minutes) and better than the usual plans. You don't lose your minutes if you don't use them and you don't have to pay something on the plan every month. I've also been impressed with his after sale service and willingness to answer my questions.
