Here's what you say, in my own brand of hooked-on-phonics romanization - sayhay bokmAnee bahdoo sayo.

If you're writing a note for the gift it will say 새 해 북 많 이 받 으 세 요. (bottom right of the fourth cluster is one of these ㅎ).

Its a really hard pronunication for me to try and explain, but its not oo..

and I guess 받 으 might be closer to badduh? Either way, it shows you're trying a lot more than 'Happy Sollal' does.

NAVFC you keep on practicing dude and you just might become the world's leading transliteration mistake finder.. Regardless, I guarantee if you say it with 'food' oo rather than 'foot' oo sound, people will still be able to understand. All they hear is "say hay boke" and probably stop listening after that anyway.
