| Just wondering if there are any foreign clothing retailers in Seoul, like ESPRIT or Zara ... these two seem to be fairly populous throughout Asia, though not in South Korea. Have you come across any European/American retailers while shopping? |

They have a Zara in the COEX. I spent six years in Spain and I used to LIVE in that store.

You're kidding! Can anyone confirm this? I checked out Zara's store listings on their website and didn't see South Korea listed. You've made my day! |

I have only been to the COEX once---I thought I saw Zara there. I remember commenting how I love this store. Now I can't find it anywhere in the COEX store listing. I am sorry!
I remember now. It was Mango! In a press release in June they said they will be opening a Zara within the next year. |

I love Zara too. There was a zara near where I used towork in london and I used to spend my lunch times pottering around. In fact today I have zara trousers on.
I saw a women get on the train at Jamsil with a Topshop bag, though I cant find any evidence of a shop |

| Thanks guys! This was exactly the kind of information I was hoping for! I haven't heard of Mango before and I'm assuming this because it's a European chain we do not have in Canada. I checked out their website and they're exactly what I'm looking for. Here's hoping that they build a Zara within 2007! |

They do have Mango in Canada. I know of at least two stores in Toronto, and I saw one in Montreal last week. |
