Has anyone ever heard of this direct English program that the pagoda school has?

http://www.jobpagoda.com/

If you look in the benefits section...well it seems to be lacking too. Is it odd that they don't mention a return flight home? I'd like to get a job with the pagoda school itself because I really want to teach adults, but I refuse to work a split shift from 6-8 a.m. and then from about 4-8 or 10. One would have to be able to be satisfied with sleeping in 5 hour blocks. Not me.

Maybe they don't mention the flight home because they know that no teacher will be able to finish the contract.

A year of that would wear even an insomniac down.

You couldn't pay me enough to work for Pagoda or any of their affiliated schools ever again. They can drop dead.

They obviously don't pay your flight if you are in Korea. I think that is their policy. I don't think that is wise in a competitive market. If you are not going to pay for me to go home, why should I work for you is my attitude.
