Hello,

I am in the EPIK program and I have been recently trying to get a credit card from Samsung. I have read on this board that it is really easy to do however I was declined today.

The reason they gave me was that when samsung called the local department of education, whomever the samsung rep spoke to at the education office said that I was considered to be a temporary employee.

I have been here for 8 years. There are two other members of the EPIK program here that have not been here as long as me and they have been issued cards. Same jobs, less time here, I'm temporary and don't qualify but they for some reason are not and do qualify. I don't understand.

Has anybody experienced anything like this when dealing with samsung and if so what did you do about it? Any advice would be appreciated.
