Last year I worked at a public school as a second job, legally. My school wrote me a letter and provided 2 other documents ( tax document, school registration, I think..) and I went with the public school director to Mokdong Immigration and signed on legally.

My school was recently bought out by another company and I'm trying to convince them that it's legal for me to do this. This year I've accepted a high paying Kindy job in the AM and I'm trying to find any info quickly on this.

Does anyone know where I can find this info online, in English or Korean?

I've searched the Korealaw.com, Korean mininstry of justice www, immigration www, and done a search here, nothing. Please help if you've had a similar experience or just know where I can get that info online.

Thanks!

Did you tell them to just call the immigration office?

Or you could go to immigration yourself and call your school supervisor when you have an immigration officer in front of you to tell them that it is legal.

I'm guessing you turned in your ARC card from your last contract? It would be on the back of the card if not. Or if you can find a copy you made of that card, maybe from your last employer or somthing.

Or get the form from the immigration office(just the main form that you do everything with). They can clearly see the "alteration or addition of employment" option on that form.

Good Luck.
