I want to know too. I'm opening an international city bank account next week. I have a feeling that their card should work. They are an international bank.

If you want an international ATM card from Citibank, make sure that you go to a Seoul branch. The former KorAm branches of the (newly merged) bank outside of Seoul won't be able to help you.

KEB professional, courteous and fast. not at all what you would expect from a Korean bank. Take advantage of it as long as it lasts.

KEB works in Thailand, Taiwan, Japan and Canada. Cant answer for the rest.
