I want to know too. I'm opening an international city bank account next week. I have a feeling that their card should work. They are an international bank. |

If you want an international ATM card from Citibank, make sure that you go to a Seoul branch. The former KorAm branches of the (newly merged) bank outside of Seoul won't be able to help you. |

KEB professional, courteous and fast. not at all what you would expect from a Korean bank. Take advantage of it as long as it lasts.
KEB works in Thailand, Taiwan, Japan and Canada. Cant answer for the rest. |
