Chusok, Sol lal, winter vacation, summer vacation....

I assumed you meant in regards to airticket / travel / tour packages.

Christmas week - January departures ICN to CEB were 800k.
Currently showing 484+tax.

Well actually I would like an actual breakdown.

For example, in the UK, roughly the 16th December to the end of January is high season because of Christmas and new year... then Feb to April ish is low because it's term time... then April ish is middle/high again because of the Easter break.

Then it's mid/low season until around the end of June. July, August and mid-Sept are definitely high summer season. Late Sept/Oct/Nov mid/low season.

Korea is different and I'd like to know what the breakdown is.

It is very similar...
Summer and winter school breaks are high. Dates co-incide with the school term.
Chusok and Sollal are high.

The couple weeks on either side of the long breaks are shoulder (mid).
The rest tend to be low.

Should be low to shoulder depending on your destination.

That is the start of the summer vacation in North America but low for travel in east / southeast Asia.

Should be low to shoulder going to Europe as well.

Yeah I am just going to spend a month in Hong Kong.. not very far.. might take a trip from HK to the UK but will use the low cost carrier in Hong Kong (Oasis Hong Kong) for that.

Thanks, Tom!
