Exercising outdoors is pure entertainment. I haven't had this much fun for a while.
There's a mountain by my place. I went jogging up there today.
There were people training to be audience members (clapping their hands) and others training to join the army (swinging their arms).
I went to a local 'park' (no grass) and ran 10 laps. Some other guy was running there too. He stopped after several laps to have a smoke. |

lol. That is totally my style, but usually reserve the cig for the way home from the gym/ track/ etc. On a related note, I am looking forward to being able to exercise outdoors, as here (southern Alberta, Canada) the f#$%ing wind blows 30+ mph on a regular basis, and is just unbearable to be outside. |

In all seriousness, it's a good place to exercise. There are a lot of hills, so you canget a good workout pretty quickly. Also on the nearby mountain, there are a lot of trees, so the air is decent.
On the mountain, there are some exercise equipment, so if you can out up with annoying ajosshis, it's pretty good. And the price is right. |

I'm from Lethbridge as well and am heading to Daegu in a week. What part of Korea are you going to?
And who are you? |
