Anyone know how much key money is needed for a decent place in Seoul? I just read a want ad for a writer. They offer 10M in key money and W300,000 monthly housing stipend. It's been a few years since I've lived in Seoul so I have no clue if this is good or bad. Any/all comments are welcome. |

That's fair (the key money part, at least). 10 million is basic first key money, low-end. The way it works is the higher the key money, the lower the rent, but in bigger apts, low key money isn't often even an option. |
