|
|
Hello,
I worked for an institute for one year with all the proper paperwork, then took a six month break, and am now returning to work for the same employer. Immigration has all my documents from the previous visa. Is there any way to simply renew? Or, do I need to go through the entire process again?
Many Thanks. |

Usually with a break that long you will have to go through the process again but you may get lucky and have a nice immigration officer who will let it go. You never know with immgration here. |

Unless your last visa was still valid I don't think they'd let you just renew it. Immigration needs my documents all over again everytime I get a new visa. I don't think coming back to the same employer changes anything. I could be wrong though but knowing Korea and bureaucracy and Korean bureaucracy, you'll need to hand it everything again...... maybe in triplicate. |
