I remember reading somewhere here about a foreigner help line people can use to order food, deal with banks and utilities, etc. Can someone post that number again? (I tried the search but didn't feel like browsing through 121 threads...).

Could it be the Seoul Help Center for Foreigners?
http://shc.seoul.go.kr/
They have a helpline for English speakers: Call English Help-line (02-797-8212) at Seoul Help Center for Foreigners weekdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2pm to 5pm for helpful tips about living in Seoul. Our English-speaking foreign volunteers are on stand by to answer your questions. Visitors to the SHC are also welcome during these hours.
