I know this has been done to death, but I can't find the link to the tax office where it shows you how much tax you should be paying. My friend is coming here and they're charging 5% but that seems a bit high to me. I'd like to be able to send him in the right direction so that he can settle it with his boss beforehand.

It depends on your pay. Usually less than 2% if it's around 2.X million.

5% is way way too much.

3.3 is the max

5% means the director is putting it in his pocket
