|
|
I just married a Filipina here in the Philippines. We've got all the documentation and went to the Korean Immigration Office in Manila. They sent us on our way withyout a spousal visa saying that I had to start the process from Korea.
Is this true?
If so, how do I start the process when I get back to Korea and what paperwork do I need for A Philippine citizen?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once you have your E2 visa. You need a letter from your boss stating that your wife is invited by him to stay there. There is also paperwork from immigration office that you need. Send it to your wife and she needs to bring those things, copies of your marriage liscence, a copy of your passport. You should go to Korea first then bring her over after you are there. You can do it all first but your boss will need to get the paperwork for you and that is a lot to ask of him/her.
Good luck. |
