I've just bought an LG pre-pay phone.
When my friends try to send me long text messages (called Shot Messages on this phone), which require connecting to the internet service via the SEND fuction, I just get an "ACCESS FAILED" response and it wont connect.

Is there a way to remedy this or am I simply unable to receive these messages??

My old KTF number accepted these messages quite happily so I'm pissed at getting (what I perceive to be) an inferior service.

Help, please!

Maybe your Internet access isn't set up automatically.
Take a K friend to the LG shop and ask them.
