A friend of mine is passing through in transit through Incheon International Airport with his laptop that he needs to use. He needs to know.. and not sure the answer myself.

Anyone else know?

Yes, it is not free. There is a coffee shop on the floor above arrivals where you can pay the fee to log on to the network. I don�t remember the exact cost, but it was expensive.
