I'm debating one of the big ones so I can plug a power strip into it and run a couple things that don't have transformers built in.
How heavy duty do I need to go? |

| I am on my second one. If you're not pluggin in a washing machine, the small size will do. I bought a heavy-duty one, and it always buzzed. Drove me nuts until I recently replaced it with a smaller one. Runs my stereo and 12" sub just fine, anyway. |

Yah.. and price.
The small one I have has 1000 on the front. The big one 2000.
Smaller is cheaper.
Unless you're plugging in a couple of big appliances, I don't think you need a big one. |
