it's finding random information from a few well informed posters.

I've been searching and searching for a guideline on nutritional information of Korean foods. It's gotta be out there, right?

Something like this?

http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-korean-meals_c-Y2lkPTQwNDkxJmJpZD0xODM5JnBhcj0.html

It only has about a dozen things listed, though. I'm sure there's more complete or detailed websites out there.

(Is this right? Half a cup of kimchi has 100% of your daily value of sodium? Shocked)

That's ace that is. I'm sure it's why Koreans are so bad tempered, they take all that salt which pushes up their blood pressure.

thanks, that's a good start. That's a hell of a lot of salt in a half cup of kimchi.
