I quite fancy going to see a baseball game.
Which team will give the best experience - i mean atmosphere at the ground
And are there any websites in English that give the fixtures for the season? |

Me too, I like Doosan. I can even see the stadium from my apartment. The games are great on days with nice weather. |

| Is it true they don't sell beer at baseball games here? Many times in the last 4 years i have thought about checkiing out a game but decided against it when I recall someone telling me they don't have beer. |

| Went to a Lions game about 3 years ago, at the time alcohol wasnt allowed. Of course this is with the usual lack of enforcement, so just consider it BYOB. |

| Yep, they serve beer. Little old ajummas run around selling the tall-boys for 3,000 won. At least at Jamsil they do. |

wasn't really something I HAD to do. We've got MLB back home. Just thought it might be interesting. But live baseball without beer is like .... dinner without meat? Sex without a woman? Life without oxygen? |

I prefer rum & coke at the ball game (could be that I'm used to $8 beers at the ballpark)
I checked out the Doosan ballpark, it looked pretty nice on the website.. the site is a few years out of date, though
beer was actually banned a few years ago because fans tended to get a little too rowdy.. sales are back on now |

beer sales inside KBO stadiums was an issue this past season (thanks to the"sea story" incident).
As far as I know, beer sales will be allowed for the 2007 season. i have yet to see anything definite banning the sales of beer. |

that schedule was great, thanks, but possibly confusing (well, for me, at least) as normal schedules would show the home team SECOND.. the home team is listed first
what about yellow on the dates? mostly Sundays.. so I'm guessing "Day games"? Is Korean baseball that regimented that all teams play at the same time? |
