| Have you noticed the push for "cacao" consumption lately? on nearly every chocolate there's a % indicating how much cacao's in the product. i wonder how long this trend will last until people realize how fat they're getting. |

awe, c'mon. it's an observation. have you become too clouded in your self-absorbing manner to, i dunno, even if you feel like repyling like you did, to just let it slide?
little trends pop up all over the place in korea: well-being (well-being soju, now?!?), squeeky shoes, aromatherapy... all sorts of things (that aren't exclusive to korea, for certain). again, dinkwad, just making an observation. |

COnsumption of chocolate does not necesarily make you fat, it depends on the quantaty and the content of chocolate.
The darker the chocolate the less calories, but please let people enjoy some bad chocolate, i really should start considering setting up a Belgian Chocolate place, so they can actually enjoy some decent chocolate. |

| I think I've finally lived in Korea long enough that I don't think Korean chocolate tastes horrible. Well, most of it. |

Same had caught on in Japan. Big Time.
It's because if the Choc has over 65% Cacao content, it is VERY high in Anti Oxidents (Spelling...?)
Actually purportedly very good for health (in reasonable ammounts..)
I'd post the facts but can't be bothered (sorry)
But you can find tons of info about it on the net.
So yeah, If over 65% cacao content, it's really good for you!
Pretty cool eh...?
I think so, cause I love it.

| My girlfriend eats chocolate like it is going out of style and she is paper thin. She eats that high cacao % stuff that makes your face contort when you put it in your mouth, but she loves it. Me, I just like milk chocolate, but I don't eat a lot anyways as I am not overly crazy about sweets. |

Hoodia is a glucose tolerance supplement, but it's really an herb. it has the same effect as chromium picolinate and vanadium. when you eat sugars, which enter your blood stream, it suppresses the level of the glucose in your blood so that you don't get massive insulin production into the bloodstream and gives you a sugar rush and then tiredness.
but it essentially suppresses appetite like the other two supplements i mentioned.
nearly all diet pills sold in the US contain one, both, or all of these.
diabetics need this supplement. atkins dieters are just people that eat like diabetics. |

| There's a hairstyle right now that looks like a variation on the "pixie," but longer with lots of wispy ends. It's popular with the late teens/early twenties crowd, both boys and girls - the same cut as far as I can tell. They all look like they're on their way to audition as elves in "Lord of the Rings." (Yeah, I had big cheerleader hair in the eighties; it's a phase, I know.) |

Yeah, and that style looks ajumma-ish too. I hope they know it doesn't look nice. I'll stick with long, flowing hair..sometimes straight and sometimes a little bit wavy. It's what most Korean men prefer anyways. |
