that's freaking awesome!!!

i'm just reading the details, and it doesn't say anything about limitations on pension. so i should be able to get back all the money i've paid in the last 4 years.

would that be a fair assumption?

if you change employers/visas, do you get your refunds then, or are you only eligible when you leave korea?

It's retroactive so yes you can claim back all past contributions.

As for Brits you can claim it back but it's not a lump sum payment to your bank account, it's transfered into your British pension account.
