|
|
Here is my situation...I came to Korea about a month ago and gave my transcripts and my passport photos to my boss. I am about to do my visa run and low and behold, my boss no longer has my transcripts. Immigration do. They also have my passport photos.
I understand that I will need passport photos for my visa run. Do I need to have my transcripts with me on the visa run? I am hoping that the transcripts come in to play after the visa run and all will be ok.
Anybody? |

You don't need the transcripts when you go to Japan to get your visa. You will need the passport sized photos (2 I believe), W60,000 or so for the visa, and perhaps the visa # from immigration.
ps. transcripts already came into play...they were used by immigration already to confirm your education background...you won't see them again. |

I can back up what was said above...
You need your transcripts when you first apply for a visa. If you have been approved to go on a visa run to japan then they are no longer needed as you have already been processed in korea. |
