Hi,

My boyfriend and I are coming over in three weeks and want to ship some stuff to follow us. So far we've only found shipping companies that will send stuff to Seoul, but we're in Geochang.Sad
Does anybody know of a firm (resonably priced) that would pick up our things from Incheon airport and bring them to Geochang or a closer city to us?
Any help or advice will be much appreciated!
Very Happy

Have you ruled out using the post office? I found them very efficient.

Post office might not be your best bet here. I have several times had to PAY the post office to return a package to me because they screwed up and couldn't/didn't deliver it. I then had to pay to send it again. Paying three times for a package that STILL never arrived made me rather Evil or Very Mad . If you don't have a valid return address where someone can take charge in the event of postal stupidity, you might just completely lose your packages.

I've asked the post office and it's way too expensive.
We're only shipping three boxes and need to get them from Busan to Geochang. I've asked a Korean company - High Relocation - and they're getting back to us with a quote but if anyone knows of ANYONE else who would do it please let me know as I am getting pretty stressed.
Cheers! Confused

Shocked You asked the Korean post office? I shipped a computer to Jeju-do from Joam and it only cost 16,000 won!

Hey - that sounds really cheap and doable!
I haven't contacted the Korean post office and I'm having a bit of trouble locating it on Google - any idea of a contact I could use please?
that would be great.
I need to get the stuff from Busan port apparently - how easy is it to get there from Geochang?
Thanks for the reply Very Happy

Since this post and actually moving to Geochang I have learnt that there is no need to bring anything with you other than your clothes and some deodorant!
You can get everything here or, of course, shop on the internet!

So what had you been planning on shipping that was unnecessary?
