I'll never figure out Koreans. I was just checking the jobs forum and there's a new recruiter called I LOVE KOREA. Where the heck do they come up with these company names. Are they trying to convince themselves of something? Or do they really believe that, once the new teachers arrive in Korea, they will be full of love for Korea, and therefore "I Love Korea' is a suitable name for a recruiting company.

It's like an article I read in the Korea Herald  a couple of weeks ago. It was about that show where foreign women talked about Korea. The article was basically about "how much they truly love Korea." I immediately walked over to the trash bin and deposited said 'newspaper' therein. Are Koreans really unaware of what we really think about this place? Do they really think we are all in love with the land rhat gave the world the Adoshi and the Ajumma?

Sometimes I think that South Koreans are every bit as indoctrinated as their northern pals.
