I've noticed these at a few places, i was pleased to be able to make proper use of this feat of engineering at one of the outbacks yesterday but this quickly turned to disaster as i was unable to turn the bidet function off

i had used one before during a brief stay at the park hyatt but this model seemed to have more controls than a light airplane and the water pressure from the bidet was extraordinarily strong

i had to dismount the toilet and scramble around blindly pushing buttons while this insane jet of water sprayed my clothes and against the side of the cubical

in the end i pushed this red button, so just so you know it's the red button

flushing was as per usual

Many toilets in hotels in Cambodia have a shower hose nozzle to do this. Best to use caution when first using one, if the water pressure is high, it might just tear you a new one.

This is hilarious .... because that's exactly what happened to me. About 20 minutes before the opening ceremony, I used this fancy electronic looking toilet. I couldn't figure out how to flush the toilet, and started pushing buttons ...

Apparently one activates a sprayer that shoots water out of the toilet bowl.... which doesn't make any sense to me. Anyways, it sprayed the shit out of me. Luckily, I had a nice suit on that dried quickly.

I have one of these toilet seats in my apartment, but as soon as you stand up, it won't shoot air or water. I tried to do it one time.
