I've noticed on the Dave's Korean Job Board that some teachers seem to help their boss find another teacher -- I guess just by writing the ad for them.

The prices look a little steep for a mere online ad --US$75 for a one time posting that will be buried in a day? But if it gets buried, I guess that means a lot schools & recruiters are paying the money for them because, um, they work?

Anyone done this for a boss? Not paying, just writing the ad and helping with responses? Get much response?

Anyone know of free job posting boards that actually get looked at?

PM me with any advice or info.
