I found one article :

Jeonju Public School Positions through WooSuk University
Public elementary & middle school positions.
These positions are with WooSuk National University.
Benefits include:
* Salary 2.0m won per month for 10 months & 2.5m won for 2 months
* 4 weeks paid vacation + national holidays
* Severance pay equal to one month��s salary
* Furnished studio apartment - rent-free!
* Round-trip flights
* Medical & pension contribution
* Visa support

Sounds like a uni language institute - university hakwon - unigwan |

I'm not sure but it might be public school jobs that are funneled through the university....there was a thread about this sort of thing in the job discussion forum I think. I know another university in Jeonju, Jeonju University, was doing that this year. |

The poster above me is right; it's a middle and public school offering filtered through the Uni for credibility...and a little kickback to the Uni.
I did a camp at this place and talked to some of the guys working there (they force you to do the camp). They did not like it. But the area is beautiful in the summer. |
