| which would be the cheapest during the summer? never flew direct to the phillies or indo. curious as to which airline is the cheapest/best. |

From Korea, PAL is often the cheapest but you can also get decent pricing from Cebu pacific (to manila or cebu), Cathay pacific, and EVA air.
After you get out of Korea there are LOTS of inexpensive flights all over south east asia. |
