| I bought this laptop sometime ago, and it hasn't got word or excel just works. What are my options in terms of getting word on my computer and excel. It is too inconvenient to be without them. |

| acquire MSoffice or just the compenents you need and install them. Alternatively open office is a good legitamately free solution. |
