Hi All,
I am studying part time counselling online and as part of my assessment I need to arrange to interview someone employed in a position which requires them to counsel others (eg. nurse, school counsellor, police officer, telephone counsellor).
I would ask you some questions that explore your counselling role from your point of view and I would like to identify what skills the position would require you to use on a regular basis. I need a volunteer!
In person would be ideal but I am sure using the phone would be fine. I live in Kongju. Feel free to PM me!
I know teachers abound here I would be reluctant to use one unless they also happened to be a student counsellor. I am checking up on this.
I am not sure how common counsellors are in this country!
I hope to get some response
Thanks Always,

Hi,
I found the previous sticky about professionals in Seoul. I guess I could try calling. Any ideas on whether I should offer to pay for their time to do a short interview?

If it were me I would offer to pay them whatever their hourly rate is. However, as you are studying counselling they might not charge you.
Why don't you e-mail them and see what they say?
