I'm avoiding going down to the basement to use the high-speed copy machine. It's creepy down there. My co-workers and I call it the Cellar, and the ppl who work down there are Cellar Dwellars. It's dank, cold, ill-lit, and has a deep subterranean feel to it. I should also be doing some editing, but I don't feel like doing that right now, either. I have to go to the bathroom, but I can't be bothered to get up. I think I'll check out another discussion board now...

I should be working on learning Korean, but when I went down to the cellar to check things out, the cellar-dwellers held me captive for quite a stretch. They started a bonfire with my Korean grammar and phrasebooks. They were about to have me turning on a spit, but light from the door openning at the top of the stairs startled them and I was able to free myself using set of metal chopsticks that I had smuggled in my socks. Fortunately, I made my escape. Now, I am without my language learning materials, but I can tell you one thing: the people in the cellar are not to be trusted Wink

I should get another page of comic drawn for the end of the month.

I should also check someone's resume like they asked me.

By now, the cellar-dwellers will have absconded with all your drawing materials, so I doubt that you will make much progress. I heard them planning the heist while they had me captive. By the way they are using the old resume gag as a trick to trap you in the cellar, too. Beware!

I should be going to bed, but at 8.30pm I decided I wanted to make focaccia, and it's just out of the oven now.... (used to make it all the time at home - first time making it in Korea, as I have only had my mini-oven for a few months)

... and I want to try it when it cooled down.

YUM! Laughing

The smell of fresh focaccia will definitely attract the cellar-dwellers. Beware.

You're lucky! I heard when some ppl dream that, they pee in their beds.... Shocked

That's a nice dream, though- mine are like horror stories (but they are entertaining Laughing ).

Sitting in my high-rise office gazing across the San Jose Valley at the volcanoes and the mountains in the distance and enjoying the fact that I'm off at 2:00 today with mucho mas mischief on my mind.
