yes
Homebrew is programs and games made by self-motivated programmers.
Homebrew enabled means it has a firmware version (real or custom-firmware) that doesn't have the software 'lockouts' that all of the new real firmwares have.
What firmware is this system running?
http://pspupdates.qj.net has more information than you'll ever need, check the How-to section to see how to do stuff yourself.
blackcats-games.net gets games uploaded on or before the release dates, and the seeding community is top-notch. I'm not sure if registration is open right now, or not. I have another 7 gigs of sharing to do before I get invites. Not sure of the reason, but it says I've downloaded about 8 gigs and uploaded about 18, but I have about 50 games on my external HD... |
