Man, a delivery guy must have owned that one!

It's kind of like motorcycles from my home area (Northern USA). They are only ridden 8 months out of the year, so miles aren't that high. To some people 15,000 miles is too much. Go down to Florida, however, and motorcycles have 30,000+ miles easily.

It's all about whether or not you did the proper maintenance. Something like a scooter is repaired cheaply anyway.
