Hi all,
Yessssss i have 6 weeks to go and i am delighted:). Have a couple of questions. Any help would be appreciated.
1) End of year bonus : Do you get taxed on this and pay health and pension ?
2) Return flight : Do you have to take the flight home or can you get the cash instead ?
3 ) Tax : Am i due tax back and if so is it the same standard procedure as in the west, file, wait and then it is deposited into your account.
Also my boss wants me to see if i can find a teacher for him. I know some people would not do this but i will because i never had any problems with him.
Always been paid on time and if i needed something he was there for me so fair is fair. So my question is can i post the details here on this forum?, and no i am not getting a fee for looking.
Thanks:) |

Congrats!
How come you didn't ask about pension issue?
Perhaps, there's no pension at your hagwon? |

I would just be careful that your boss doesn't think you have entered into an agreement to find him a replacement. If you don't find someone, or there's a misunderstanding as to what is expected, it might for some hard feelings or worse... |
