| Much foreigner activity going on in here? From my guess, this is probably the Metropolitan city with the least number of foreigners, excluding people in the ESL industry. |

I don't know the numbers, but there are lots of teachers, foreign students, factory workers, and foreign wives.
There is a meeting at the Gwangju International Center every week.

There are a number of bars downtown and in other districts that cater to the foreign community. I usually hit Truffaut wine bar, Munchen Meister for beer, and Speakeasy. I haven't been to Seoul Train well...since Speakeasy opened!

There are a number of churches with English services. There is a Filipino Catholic congregation and any number of Korean Presbyterian churches with English missions. There is a long history of Western missionary activity in Korea.
