anyone know where i can download or find movie scripts for decent korean movies with tons of dialogue.

I don't know about downloads, but in the movie section of most reasonably sized bookstores you can find books from the 한국 시나리오 선집 series, where the scripts for 5-6 movies are collected in one book. It costs around 10,000 won for one volume.

The movies, for the past few years anyway, are:
