And I for one would love to be the man going around collecting the money from all the bars/clubs in Korea that do this to blacks/whites/foreigners etc. |

| If a bar in Korea got fined $16,000, it would end up being shut down. Some bar owners probably barely make this much money in 1 year, after paying for the bar's expenses and paying their bartenders. |
