I cant get my video and pics to transfer from my used hand phone to my comp. I have no software. When I plugged in the cam, it installed some programs......no when I plug it in, I get nothing.
Any ideas?!?!?! |

I had the same problem with my new camera phone a few months back so I asked a particularly helpful student who happened to have the same phone to help me out. Aparently you can usually download the software from the company's website. It's a problem if your computer uses windows in english though. I was never able to get it to work...now it's just a phone. haha I hope this helps. |

I think you might be able to e-mail them to yourself if your phone has that feature..may cost something but if the pics are important it might be worth looking into. |

I'm not sure about this, but i believe you can get a special cord to connect your phone to your computer. |

I have the cord, but I can't get my comp to recognize the phone in order to be able to transfer images and movies. |

Try putting them on a Korean computer at work or something and mail them to yourself. |

Check what company makes your phone, then go to the website and get the drivers/program you need to transfer the video/pictures. For example I use a LG phone (also on LG Telecom) so I needed to get a program from www.cyon.co.kr to get the program.
its kinda frustrating but hope it helps |
