With the judicious use of the double negative I can see that you're just trying to play us. . .
The register link is there is you aren't signed it (and if you aren't registered you probably aren't signed in). |

did you see the screenshot I posted above. Look at the part circled in red.
Be sure that you are not logged in so you can see the register link.
