Had AMD with 2 200gig drives in the computer running a RAID. But while doing the install(Ultimate 64bit), it could not find the drive I wanted it to be installed onto.
As it turn out, Vista will not run on an AMD system with a RAID!!
Eventually ended up buying another drive to make all work well.

Now I don't have a word processing programme and my Logitech cam will not work either since there are no drivers made for it!
A few other glitches also affect the computer. ALso, there is no more Image Resizer option available, like there was with XP.
My question is what do those of you do who have Vista, what have you done to resolve these problems and what other problems have you had?

Well, I d/l Office 2007 from torrents, and there I have my word processor/ spreadsheet/ presentation software, and there is a picture manager in there as well, allowing for pic resize, crop, compression, and any other edits imaginable.

Might shop for a webcam today, just have to ensure that its 'Vista compatible'. I know, its a PITA at this point....

I Installed firefox on my vista system. It suddenly stopped working after I installed flash plugin, is that a compatibilty problem?
