Does Amazon.com post to Korea and are the shipping and handling rates reasonable?

Yes, Amazon sends books to Korea.

Since your definition and my definition of 'reasonable' may be different, I suggest you select some books, start the order process...and check the cost they quote you before you finalize your order. If the price is too high, simply delete your order.

Make friends with a GI serving duty here, have them send the book(s) to her address and you can get very cheap postal rates (as if the person was living in America).

Otherwise, throw out a few titles you're interested in and maybe somebody has a copy of it second-hand.
