I just saw this MAD TV episode, and I though this must be how we feel talking to Korean restaurant servers, and how they feel talking to us (assuming we don't know Korean and they don't know English).

| We're aren't all as nice as her, unfortunately. I remember seeing an obese North American woman on a Sunday afternoon going ape-caca at Hanam Market because the store she wanted to shop at was closed. The people at the market tried to explain to her that many of the stores are closed on Sundays, but that just made things worse "Why was it open 3 Sundays ago? I came here just for this store, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!" I felt really sorry for the person who ended up or will end up living with that one. (I really wanted to tell her that it's was a mom and pop store, that it just happened to be the one day out of the whole month that they close shop, but....she was nuts). |

Only for those who believe Jesus was not a man of peace. Not that smoking has anything to do with peace, unless you're smoking a certain sort of smoke.

But the woman was speaking English..
Very annoying, though. That guy's voice felt like someone was rubbing granite against my eardrums. |
