because he touched your wife (just grabbed her arm to get her attention). Would you go to jail in South Korea if you told the cops that he was grabbing your wife?
Have any of you experienced this before?
What would you do if your wife was grabbed by the arm (I am not talking about on the buttocks or the breasts. I am talking about just grabbed by the arm forcefully)? |

One of the pitfalls of such a civilised society is that people get away with murder.
I mean people get away with all sorts of cr*p behaviour because they know violence is outlawed, and nobody is going to do anything more than shout at most, if they pull a fast one.
I'm much more for a "summary justice" society where you can protect yourself fully, without facing a drawn out court case and the transfer of your life savings to the as8hole who instigated the problem. |

| Rather than hit him... grab him by the arm and see how he likes it. Or you could punch him in the nuts. Giving him extreme temporary pain seems the better route than disfiguring the guy's face. |

I swear, it's these kinds of threads that at one time had me convinced, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the OP is Derrek Mach III (or IV?).

 Who are they and what similarities are you finding between us?
ahhh...someone changed my subject line?  Hmmm....knocking someone the F@(k out is worse than...hmmm...let me see....vibrators or Koreans are full of S#(t? or 'kiss as! thread! as headlines? Man, you guys, mods, should REALLY audit the whole board if you are going to patrol the subject lines.

You would almost definitely be in trouble.
Generally if there's a fight, the one who is less hurt is considered responsible. It doesn't matter if it was self defence.
My idea is this: the police are pretty slow to respond to just about anything, so it gives you time to flatten the person harassing your woman and get out of there. If you get in a fight, it is in your best interest not to get caught. |
