Does anyone know of a place in Seoul that does laser hair removal for "Western" hair?
There are, far too many to count, places around Gangnam that do laser removal, but they can only guarantee 50% removal for non-Asian clients. Apparently, lasers are set to hair type and they cannot be changed.
Any info is much appreciated. |

Thanks for the tip.
Ive tried to use the search function to find where it has been mention even though that obviously wasnt going to be of any help.
Do you have any more info on Woo Skin? Like a web address or phone number? I tried to Google it as well. I can always as the secretary at work to look it up on Naver for me, but I start to feel like a pest sometimes when I ask her too many favors.
Thanks |

So I just got back from WooSkin.
Their prices are very resonable. For underarms and bikini, each, it is 200,000won for the first zapping. Every treatment after that is 20% less. They say it will take between 3 and 4 treatments for complete hair removal. For pits and bikini, 3 treatments, that works out to 976,000won.
Legs are 400,000 to begin with and take 4-5 treatments, so it would be a little over 1mil.
My consultation took about 10 minutes and after letting the numbing cream sit for 40 minutes, I was under the laser. In all, I was there for just over an hour and I left very happy with the results.
PM me if you would like directions or I will post them later. |

How much time do people usually wait between treatments?
I ask because paying for all 3-5 treatments in a single month would hurt my wallet. |

It is suggested that you wait 4-6 weeks between treatments. I have so little hair left after the 3rd treatment that I dont plan on going back until I have enough saved up to get started on my legs.
With summer around the corner, nows a great time to do it. |

| Yeah, you just wait until hair has grown back and then make another appointment for more zapping. The amount of hair growing back will decrease after each treatment. |
